Labour Education
Labour education is a different kind of schooling for union members – it’s where we learn about issues that matter in the workplace and beyond.
From how to handle grievances, negotiate contracts, ensure health and safety on the job, exercise labour and human rights, understand politics and our economy, and much more, labour education is critical to an informed and effective union movement. Working with the Canadian Labour Congress, the CDLC is responsible to oversee the organizing and facilitation of Educational Workshops throughout the year.
